What fans see

Team pages show athletes' names, photos, jersey numbers, positions, grade (freshman to senior), height and weight. We never show an athlete's age or date of birth. An athlete appears only after their school confirms a media release is on file, or a parent (or the athlete, if 18 or older) gives consent. Team pages are hidden from search engines.

What we collect from visitors

Fans do not create accounts. When a team page is opened we record that a visit happened, whether it came from the QR code at the gate, the page that linked to it, and the browser type. We also count when a sponsor ad is shown. We do not store IP addresses and we do not use advertising trackers or sell data.

Coaches and school staff

School staff sign in with their email address. Athlete information is entered by the school, never by the athletes themselves. Athlete photos are stored with our hosting provider and deleted when consent is withdrawn.

Removing an athlete

Parents can withdraw consent at any time using the link in their consent email, or by asking the school. The athlete is hidden right away and their photo is deleted.
